Angel Food Ministries Coordinator- Alice Killion Angel Food is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to communities through the U.S. Families can purchase a large bundle of food for $30 a month, plus other special boxes.
Audio-Video Ministry Coordinator- Matt Taylor The teaching ministry of Central is enhanced by top quality audio & video production. This ministry oversees the operation of the sound system, tape reproduction, video projector and lighting.
Building & Grounds Ministry Coordinator- Bob Alderson This ministry has the responsibility of keeping our facilities and grounds in quality condition. There are constant projects which require hard-working people who can serve with their hands. A great variety of skills can be used, including lawn care, snow removal, painting, carpentry, landscaping, etc.
Christian Education Ministry Coordinator- Shawn Hamilton This is a ministry to help families in their attempt to lay a spiritual foundation that in God's timing will lead to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Those serving in this group have a passion for education & spiritual gifts that find their expression through a wide variety of program needs.
Drama Ministry Coordinator Needed Biblical truths can be illustrated effectively through drama. Using skits, plays, mime and other forms of drama, talented actors seek to teach by performing for worship services and special services.
Evangelism Ministry Coordinator- Mark Irwin This ministry group works to train and equip the body at Central in evangelistic lifestyles. Whether learning methods of evangelism or how to become a more faithful witness, Christians can develop new skills to reach seekers with the gospel.
Finance Ministry Coordinator- Gary Kreider This team exercises good financial stewardship principles by monitoring budgets and giving patterns. Clerical skills and record keeping abilities are essential parts of this ministry.
Furnishings & Facilities Care Ministry Coordinators- Wendy Thompson & Jenelle Burris Careful attention is given to the appearance of the church interior. This team has a passion for creative decorating touches and other aesthetic improvements. Special attention is given to preparing the building for holidays, such as Christmas and Easter.
Girlfriends Unlimited (Women's Ministry) Coordinator- Jennifer Jefferson Girlfriends Unlimited is a unique women's ministry that offers women a place to have fun and find security and acceptance. GU offers Girlfriends Nights Out, G! Events, G! Groups and Bible studies for ladies of all ages in the church.
Guest Services Ministry Coordinator- Sonya Lumpkin There are several types of outreach that depend upon the gifts and talents of those who provide hospitality. This team is responsible for greeting first and second time guests, organizing church banquets and receptions, and promoting fellowship within the body.

| Ministry of Needs Coordinators- Norma Russell, Janice Orsborn, Connie Yeager, Joyce Irwin Compassionate people who provide support and encouragement are needed to tend to those who have just been released from local hospitals. When the church is notified of an illness, this team responds by offering appropriate home care assistance.
Library Ministry Coordinator- Laura Winchester Central maintains a good selection of books, tapes, and videos designed to help the Bible teacher and student. We want to provide good quality materials for children and adults.
Lord's Day Ministry Coordinator- Mike Pepper This ministry makes sure that communion is prepared, doors are locked and unlocked as needed, attendance is counted, and communion cups are picked up after service.
Missions Ministry Coordinator- Thelma Frame This ministry group serves the purposes and goals of the church around the world through selected missionary partnerships, while keeping Central informed about the missions we support.
Planning Ministry Coordinator- Bill Lewis Visionary leaders provide direction for future development and building projects for the continued growth and outreach of Central. From time to time, analyses and evaluations are conducted.
Prayer Chain Ministry Coordinators- Regina Adams & Jewell Pettit This ministry is made up of people who have a heart for those going through crisis, emergency and trauma. As a prayer request moves through the chain by phone or email, prayer warriors are activated to petition God and to provide encouragement, love, and concern.
VIP (Very Important People) Ministry Coordinator- Jennifer Jefferson Caring and prayerful people write cards and notes of encouragement to first and second time guests at Central, while praying for any needs they may have.
Worship Ministry Coordinator- Rafael Soares Times of worship and praise are central to the ministry of the church. This group works to develop a quality worship program by involving as many people as possible in a diverse expression of praise.
Youth Ministry Coordinator- Shawn Hamilton Central Christian Church is a growing church with young families who are interested in the best for their children. A wide range of ministries for children and youth are provided.
55 Alive Ministry Coordinator- Linda Irwin The purpose of this group is to provide ministry for adults in the prime of their lives. Events are scheduled for the active, the social, and the adventuresome seeking meaningful fellowship.

Central supports Christian missions locally and around the world. Currently 10% of all church offerings are designated for the missions.

Birthright of Richmond- Birthright, established in the 1980's, works confidentially one-on-one with women in crisis pregnancies, encouraging them to give birth. They offer love & compassion as well as physical assistance through professional resources which includes social workers, physicians, psychologists, ministers & employment. New mothers are also helped with clothing, diapers, & other baby needs.
Christ Reaching Asia Mission Worldwide Inc (C.R.A.M.- C.Y. Kim)- C.R.A.M. is a multifaceted mission working in China, North Korea and Vietnam that provides medical clinics, preschools, disabled children care & camp.
Christian Student Foundation of Ball State University- The campus house provides students a place for Bible study, worship, and other study & social activities. Students are also trained in Christian service.
Cincinnati Christian University- Established in 1924. It's mission is: To teach men & women to live by biblical principles & to equip & empower them with character, skills, insight, & vision to lead the church & impact society for Christ.
Fellowship of Associates of Medical Evangelism (F.A.M.E.)- Provides medicine & medical services to third-world countries. F.A.M.E. builds and equips hospitals & clinics where Christian missions are established.
Grundy Mountain Mission- Located in Grundy, Virginia, Mountain Mission School provides a full child care facility (home, church & Christian-based education) to at-risk & abused children.
Haiti Outreach Missions (H.O.M.)- A non-profit organization with the goal of introducing Christianity to the people of Cite Soleil, Haiti & neighboring communities through evangelism, church planting, medical treatment, education & nutrition.
Italy-Lecce Christian Mission- Pino Neglia ministers with the church at Lecce in the southern tip of Italy. He teaches courses preparing church leaders & oversees the fellowship of the Italian Christian Churches & Churches of Christ.
Leon Dorleans- Leon is the pastor of Christian Community Church in Cite Soleil, Haiti.
Mahoning Valley Christian Service Camp- Started in 1943 in Rushvillle, Indiana, the camp provides strong Bible-based education and activities in a summer camp setting with the goal for encouraging decisions for Christ & Christian service. Adult retreats are also held here throughout the year.
Robert Nyamawi Mwangala- Robert is a native of Kenya, Africa and a Timothy of Central. He is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies at Cincinnati Christian University. He will finish his degree in May of 2009 & will return to African to equip ministers, help with Christian training, & church planting through his ministry, Discipleship Ministries International.
Training Christians for Ministry in Eastern Europe (TCM International Institute) Begun in 1957 by Gene Dulin, TCM first delivered Bibles, food & clothing to Easter European Christians. After purchasing a former hunting lodge, Haus Edelweiss, just outside of Vienna, Austria, TCM began training Eastesrn European nationals to expand God's work in their own countries.
